Minor, moderate injuries reported in April 15 wreck
One person is reported to have minor injuries and one person is reported to have moderate injuries from a single-vehicle wreck April 15 on Northwest Highway 13 at Northeast 1150 Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2017 Nissan, driven by Jerimi D. Worley, 41, of Waverly, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch.
Jerimi Worley is reported to have minor injuries and occupant Jennifer D. Worley, 43, is reported to have moderate injuries. Both are reported to have not worn a safety device.
Both were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District.
The Nissan is reported to have extensive damage.
MSHP was assisted by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
Minor injuries, arrest reported in April 15 wreck
One person is reported to have minor injuries in a wreck April 15 on Highway 23 east of Northeast 900 Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Stephen B. Younce, 65, of Knob Noster, traveled off the right side of the road, causing the undercarriage and front bumper to strike the ditch.
Younce is reported to have minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Younce is reported to have not worn a safety device.
Younce was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
The Chevrolet is reported to have minor damage.
