Cole A. Stewart, 34, was arrested on June 24 for domestic assault. A known male subject had made threats to a victim involving a knife and then assaulted them. The subject was arrested in the 300 block of Franklin Street and was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Casey A. Batts, 24, and Tyler J. Minard, 18, were arrested on June 24 for public affray in the 600 block of Clark Street. A physical fight occurred between the two, and they were both given citations for their actions.
Robert J. Mixon, 36, was arrested on June 25 for property damage and an out-of-state warrant. Officers responded to the 300 block of North Maguire Street for a domestic disturbance after a known male subject attempted to take a female subject to a location unknown to her and bit her left ear. The male subject was found to have an out-of-state warrant and was arrested. While arresting the male subject for the warrant, he head-butted a patrol car causing damages. He was placed in the Johnson County Jail for the warrant. Charges have been filed for the property damaged. The incident will be sent to the prosecutor for review regarding the domestic assault.

An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Franklin Street where a known male subject had reportedly violated the ex parte and was on the property. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Derrick W. Roar, 43, was arrested on June 26 for trespassing and stealing in the 400 block of North Charles Street. He was placed in the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Mikkia S. Reed, 45, was arrested on June 26 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She had placed multiple items into a purse and then left the store on foot through the garden center exit northbound. The suspect was later located and was arrested. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released.
Shawn D. Stevenson, 53, and Stacey A. Walton, 56, were arrested on June 26 for trespassing on city property in the 800 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. They were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, issued a citation and released.

Kevin M. Kamua, 34, was arrested on June 27 for driving while revoked after a traffic stop near Northeast Highway 50. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released.
Patrick E. Bell, 24, and Ashley M. Wallender, 39, were arrested on June 27 for endangering the welfare of a child and child abuse in the 600 block of Burkarth Road. Two children were taken into protective custody and one was transported to the hospital for injuries. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Robert L. Gardner, 52, and Jason M. Wilson Sr., 44, were arrested on June 28 for possession of controlled substances. Officers applied for a search warrant for the location in the 800 block of East Gay Street and obtained the items during a home visit. Two male subjects were later arrested for the violations and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Henry C. Knight, 66, was issued a municipal summons on June 28 for dogs running at large. A male subject allowed his dog to run at large causing an altercation between animals causing the male’s dog to bite a female’s dog. The male subject was cited on scene.
Sandra F. Bland, 70, was arrested on June 28 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The subject reportedly stole $55.11 worth of merchandise. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Br Francis, 38, was arrested on June 28 for possessing an open container of an intoxicating beverage in public in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center and released to medical staff.
Inar Roke, 23, was arrested on June 29 for driving without a valid license. He was also cited for driving with no lights in the 300 block of Broad Street. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Joseph J. Thibeault, 31, was arrested on June 30 for assault. On June 25, it was reported a known male subject had assaulted a victim in the 400 block of West Culton Street. The subject approached the victim, yelling obscenities and then pushed him in the chest. The male subject was arrested on June 30 and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Malea D. Cornelius, 19, was arrested on June 30 for domestic assault and minor in possession of alcohol by consumption. Officers responded to the 800 block of Hickory Street for a domestic disturbance. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Jason M. Wilson, 44, was arrested on June 30 for drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Officers contacted the male subject in the 800 block of East Gay Street to attempt to arrest him for a prior case. Officers located multiple paraphernalia items and a container containing a white crystal-like substance. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Matthew M. Barrett, 43, was arrested on June 30 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of Maguire Street. A known male subject had stolen alcohol and left on foot. Officers located the subject and arrested him. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed summons for stealing.
