Two juveniles from Oak Grove were involved in a single vehicle accident on Saturday, Oct. 12 in Johnson County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 13-year old female was driving a 2018 Taizhou Nebula Power Co LTD Model A northbound through a field a tenth of a mile west of Northwest 1801 when it made a sharp right turn before overturning and ejecting the driver and a 12-year-old male passenger.
The vehicle came to the rest on its passenger side passenger’s left foot.
Both occupants, who were not wearing safety devices, were ejected.
The driver suffered no injuries, while the passenger was transported to Children’s Mercy Main by the Johnson County Ambulance District.
