Thomas N. West, 30, was arrested on Sept. 17 for disturbing public peace in the 400 block of Franklin Street. A male subject reported West for playing loud music for three hours. The subject had called several times prior regarding the same issues with West. He wished to press charges for peace disturbance. West was issued a citation on the scene for peace disturbance by playing loud music.

Chadsity L. Durr, 21, was arrested on Sept. 17 for domestic assault in the 500 block of McGoodwin Street. She had assaulted a known male subject, causing minor injuries. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Mark A. Daniels II, 23, was arrested on Sept. 18 for domestic assault, obstruction by resisting and an active Warrensburg warrant. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Burkarth Road.

Lachelsa D. Rose, 38, was arrested on Sept. 18 for stealing from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business detained two female subjects for shoplifting. Officers arrested one of the subjects. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Austin L. Andrews, 24, was arrested on Sept. 19 for driving with no license after an officer stopped him near Maguire Street and Grant Drive for displaying improper registration. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with multiple citations.

Stephan J. Burns, 43, was arrested on Sept. 20 for failing to register as a sex offender. An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of West Clark Street to assist the Johnson County Ambulance District on an overdose. While there, Burns was arrested by the officer. He was booked and released to the Western Missouri Medical Center.

Santiago Matheus, 53, was arrested on Sept. 21 for an open container violation in a parking lot in the 800 block of Maguire Street. He was arrested, cited and released on scene for the violation.

Charles D. Stephens, 35, was arrested on Sept. 21 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Officers were dispatched to the business after it was reported Stephens had stolen a pair of scissors. He was detained until officers arrived on the scene. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.

Brendyn T. Fritz, 22, was arrested on Sept. 21 for driving while suspended and trespassing on a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported that Fritz had caused a disturbance and refused to leave the store. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Myrett D. McCarthy, 44, was arrested on Sept. 22 for property damage to a business in the 300 block of Maguire Street. An officer was dispatched to the business about a vandalism report. The store manager stated a female subject got upset with him and kicked the front glass door, causing it to crack. The owner stated he wanted to press charges. After the arrest, McCarthy was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Shawnacy Johnson, 20, was arrested on Sept. 22 for trespassing in the 400 block of Jefferson Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Gabrielle Sproles, 23, was arrested on Sept. 22 for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance/hallucinogen and possession of a controlled substance. Officers made contact with Sproles who drove to the Warrensburg Police Department to pick up an arrestee. She was found to have over 35 grams of marijuana in her possession. She was processed and released to a sober friend.

Shelby Guajardo, 26, was arrested on Sept. 22 for dogs running at large in the 600 block of South Main Street. Officers received a report of two dogs at large that chased a female subject, causing her to fall. Guajardo was later located and issued a citation for dogs at large.
