A 17-year-old male from Holden suffered minor injuries at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the teen was driving a 2010 Chrysler south on state Route 58 when he traveled partially off the right side of the roadway and attempted to steer back onto the roadway. He overcorrected, traveled across and off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.
The teen was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by Johnson County Ambulance District.
Information is taken from preliminary Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved.
