Robert V. Graybill, 91, of Warrensburg, sustained serious injuries at 5:57 p.m. Monday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Graybill was driving a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe west on U.S. Highway 50 when he traveled off the right side of the road. His vehicle struck a guardrail, became airborne, impacted the ground and overturned.
Graybill was not wearing a seat belt and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center.
