Pleasant Valley woman hurt in US 50 deer strike

Danielle S. Colen, 31, of Pleasant Valley, sustained minor injuries at 10:35 p.m. Monday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Colen was driving a 2007 Ford Fusion east on U.S. Highway 50 when she hit a deer.

Colen was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Warrensburg man hurt in Business 13 accident

Da Shaun N. Wynn, 31, of Warrensburg, sustained minor injuries at 3:48 p.m. Saturday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Wynn was driving a 2016 GMC Acadia south on Business 13 when he struck a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt driven east by Bradley A. Yates, 49, of Warrensburg.

It is unknown if Yates was wearing a seat belt, but Wynn was. Wynn was transported by private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Lowry City woman hurt in Route 13 accident

Emma A. Snyder, 23, of Lowry City, sustained minor injuries at 5:25 p.m. Saturday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kevin D. Snyder was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche north on state Route 13 when his vehicle hydroplaned off the right side of the road, struck a fence and overturned.

Both occupants were wearing seat belts. Emma Snyder was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Holden man hurt in motorcycle accident

Lucas B. Wheeler, 30, of Holden, sustained minor injuries at 6:15 p.m. Sunday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Wheeler was driving a 2008 YZF R6 south on Southwest 271 Road when he failed to navigate a curve. His vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and overturned.

He was not wearing a helmet and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Holden man hurt in Johnson County rollover

Daniel J. Malotte, 28, of Holden, suffered minor injuries at 6:20 p.m. Thursday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Malotte was driving a 2018 Dodge Journey east on state Route 2 when he failed to negotiate a curve. His vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, slid on the grass, returned to the roadway, traveled off the left side of the road and overturned.

Malotte was wearing a seat belt and was transported by private vehicle to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
