Minor injuries reported in Oct. 25 wreck 

Two juvenile occupants are reported to have minor injuries from a single-vehicle wreck Oct. 25 on Southwest 225 Road east of Southwest 125 Road. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2003 Ford Explorer, driven by a 17-year-old from Holden, swerved to avoid a deer, crossed the center of the roadway and traveled off the left side of the road, overturned and struck a fence. 

Two juvenile occupants, 14 and 15, are reported to have minor injuries and were treated at the scene. 

The driver and both occupants are reported to have worn a safety device. 

The Ford is reported to have extensive damage. 

Two injured in Oct. 26 wreck 

Two people are reported to have minor injuries from a two-vehicle wreck Oct. 26 on Highway 50 east of Route P. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2013 Dodge Avenger, driven by George W. Howard, 19, of Sedalia, passed a 2018 Jeep, driven by Laura A. Monsees, 57, of Raymore, and the vehicle collided near the centerline. The Dodge traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. 

Occupant De Nysha L. Brame, 18, is reported to have minor injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District. 

Monsees is reported to have minor injuries and refused treatment. 

Brame is reported to have not worn a safety device. Monsees and Howard are each reported to have worn a safety device. 

The Dodge is reported to be a total loss. The Jeep is reported to have minor damage.
