One person injured in single-vehicle wreck Dec. 19

One person has minor injuries from a single vehicle wreck the morning of Dec. 19 in the 900 block of Northwest 131 Highway. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2010 Chrysler, driven by Emily A. Rogers, 20, of Sedalia, traveled off the roadway, striking a mailbox and tree. 

Rogers is reported to have minor injuries and was transported by Emergency Management Services to Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. 

Rogers is reported to have worn a safety device. 

The Chrysler is reported to be totaled and was towed from the scene.
