Kayla M. Sullivan, 35, was arrested on March 4 for a Platte County warrant, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence after a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Hale Lake Road. She was transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Justin D. Renfro, 34, was arrested on March 4 after previously being cited for a vicious dog. This was after a victim reported she had been bitten by a dog in the 400 block of North College Street.

Warren G. Lockard, 33, was arrested on March 5 for felony driving with a revoked license, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle after a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Maguire Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.

Brenda L. Wilson, 53, was arrested on March 5 for driving with a suspended license and was cited for improper registration after a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Maguire Street. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released.

Dianna R. Barnett, 42, was arrested on March 6 for shoplifting at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She failed to scan multiple items before attempting to exit the store. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Mark E. Otter, 66, was arrested on March 7 for assault in the 700 block of Cedar Drive after a disturbance was reported between him and a female subject. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Trequalis T. McKoy, 28, was arrested on March 7 for driving with a revoked license. Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Anderson Street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Dispatch advised that the vehicle was attempting to leave the scene. It was reported that the vehicle was red with four doors and had left the area. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a red Nissan Rogue. The driver was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. After further investigation, the driver was not involved in the crash. The suspect is unknown at this time, with an investigation ongoing.

Richard G. Lee Jr., 41, was arrested on March 7 for resisting arrest, trespassing, and two felony warrants in the 100 block of Holden Street. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Steven R. Green Sr., 62, was arrested on March 8 for sexual abuse after groping a woman in the 200 block of East Young Street. A female reported he had touched her buttocks. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Terra C. Brady, 24, was arrested on March 8 for driving without a valid license and was also cited for no insurance after a motor vehicle crash near Holden and Young streets. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Tommy T. Jones, 29, was arrested on March 8 for domestic assault in the 500 block of East Market Street. A female subject reported that he had assaulted her. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Christopher A. Willis, 33, was arrested on March 8 for second-degree domestic assault after a disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North Maguire Street. He was arrested, transported to Johnson County Jail, and placed on a 24-hour hold for domestic assault.

Lashon M. Williams, 19, was arrested on March 8 for vehicular trespassing and property damage after being cited for those charges in the 500 block of Gay Street. The reporting party advised that an intoxicated male subject was bleeding from his hands, jumped into his vehicle and damaged his phone. The male subject was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center. He was under the influence of an unknown substance and it is unknown how his hands were injured.

Steven R. Green, 62, was arrested on March 8 for trespassing in a business in the 600 block of East Young Street. He was booked and released on scene with a citation for entering a business that he was previously trespassed from.
