Melissa S. Waite, 48, was arrested on July 29 for assault in the 100 block of East Pine Street. She reportedly assaulted two individuals and caused a disturbance with a third. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released from custody. Waite was also arrested on Aug. 2 for receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card in five different locations in Warrensburg.

Robert W. Butterworth, 58, was arrested on July 30 for indecent exposure in the 400 block of Burkarth Road. He was booked at the Warrensburg Police Department. Due to the male subject making suicidal comments and actions, he was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center to be evaluated.

Tylan K. Carter, 21, was arrested on July 30 for a revoked driver's license and a warrant after officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 800 block of North Maguire Street. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and then transported to the Johnson County Jail for his warrant.

Kathryn K. Bescher, 40, was arrested on Aug. 1 for animal abuse, obstructing process and shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found a dog left in a car. The female subject gave false information and was arrested for obstruction. While on scene, it was found that the female subject shoplifted from the business. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Patricia L. Conchola, 48, was arrested on Aug. 1 for assault after an altercation with another female subject in the 600 block of Creach Drive. Both subjects were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department. Conchola was arrested for assault, booked and released. The other subject was arrested for a warrant and posted bond.

Anthony D. Hillsman, 52, was arrested on Aug. 1 for child neglect and an active Warrensburg warrant. An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Northeast 21st Road to check the well-being of a male subject and juvenile. The male subject was arrested, while the juvenile was released to family.

Destiny D. Harris, 25, was arrested on Aug. 2 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Staff had detained the subject in their office for shoplifting until officers arrived. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
