Gabriel A. Laclair, 43, was arrested on Aug. 12 for peace disturbance as he was attempting to break into a residence in the 1000 block of Cheatham Court. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Jahniese M. Thomas, 22, was arrested on Aug. 12 for property damage. Officers responded to a report of theft and property damage that occurred in the 500 block of McGoodwin Street. The subject was later located and arrested. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Ryan C. Rhoads, 25, was arrested on Aug. 13 for driving without a valid license and without a seatbelt after officers stopped his vehicle in the 400 block of Anderson Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department where he was booked and released.
Christopher R. Ward, 29, was arrested on Aug. 13 for driving while revoked. An officer responded to a motor vehicle crash at the Maguire and East South Street intersection. The subject was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with citations for driving while revoked/suspended, no insurance, and following too close.
Heidi M. Spears, 50, was arrested on Aug. 13 for a vicious dog after her dog charged at another tenant’s dog while off their leash in the 400 block of East North Street. The owner of the dog was issued a summons.
Laura E. Marr, 35, was arrested on Aug. 14 for driving with an expired license and failure to provide insurance after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of South Maguire and Carpenter Street. She was arrested and cited on scene for driving with an expired license and failure to provide insurance.
Tiffany E. Sheppard, 33, was arrested on Aug. 15 for public peace disturbance and obstruction of process. Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at a business in the 300 block of East Young Street where a female subject was cussing and screaming inside the business. Officers made contact with the female subject who provided several names. After multiple attempts to locate the female's real identity with no results, she was placed under arrest for obstruction and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department. The female subject did not cooperate with the booking process and was charged with another obstruction charge. She was booked and released.
Jack C. Hamm, 38, was arrested on Aug. 16 for driving while suspended after a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He was also cited for no insurance and improper registration.
Russell D. Perkins, 81, was arrested on Aug. 16 for a sex offender offense after he was present in a city park in the 400 block of East Gay Street in May. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Kati N. Kelly, 35, was arrested on Aug. 17 for driving while intoxicated. An officer was dispatched to a driver driving the wrong way on East Hale Lake Road. The female subject was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Keyvin Midasy, 27, was arrested on Aug. 18 for throwing a phone at a vehicle and causing damage in the 800 block of South Maguire Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Landon B. Johnson, 20, was arrested on Aug. 18 for possession of a controlled substance. subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released, and was cited for no registration.
Krista N. Sandifer, 32, was arrested on Aug. 18 for domestic assault in the 600 block of Cantebury Drive. The female suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. An investigation is ongoing.
