Isidro F. Tomas, 27, was arrested on June 17 for domestic assault and driving without a valid license. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 1200 block of South Holden Street. A male subject and a female subject were involved in a physical altercation and the male was the primary aggressor. He was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and then transported to his residence.

Derrick W. Roar, 43, was arrested on June 17 for stealing from a motor vehicle, trespassing of a motor vehicle and obstruction by failure to obey an officer. He was reportedly found stealing several items from a truck in the 1200 block of South Maguire Street. He was located in the 1100 block of South Mitchell Street and was arrested, to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.

Isidro F. Tomas, 27, was arrested on June 19 for domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child. On June 18, a female subject reported a male subject known to her struck her face and then left the scene. The next day, the Knob Noster Police Department reported having the subject in custody. He was then arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Derrick W. Roar, 43, was arrested on June 19 for assault and property damage. A subject reported being struck in the head and face multiple times by a known male subject, knocking the subject to the ground. The subject hit the male subject with his cane. He was located and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released from custody.

Jeffrey W. Gariepy, 32, was arrested on June 19 for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Anderson Street for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress. The male subject was arrested, and transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center for evaluation and treatment. With fit for confinement approval, the male subject was then transported to the Johnson County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Shawn D. Stevenson, 53, and Stacey A. Walton, 56, were arrested on June 21 for trespassing. Officers contacted a male and female subject who were found to be trespassing after being asked to leave the City of Warrensburg property several times during the last two months. Both subjects were arrested for trespassing, issued summonses for trespassing and released on scene.

Ronald K. Carmichael, 57, was arrested on June 22 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported detaining a known male subject who attempted to skip-scan items at the self-checkout. The male subject was arrested for shoplifting, transported to the Police Dept., booked and released with a summons.

Chok V. Filipus, 27, was arrested on June 22 for peace disturbance in the 400 block of Benjamin Drive. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released to a family member.

Ryan M. Barnes, 46, and Heather D. Winesburg, 44, were arrested on June 23 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported a known male and female subject stole $115.35 worth of merchandise on June 16 and left the store. Both subjects were later located, arrested for shoplifting, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released. The male subject was arrested on two counts of shoplifting and the female subject was arrested on three counts of shoplifting. Both subjects were trespassed from the business property.

Nathaniel D. Myers, 24, was arrested on June 23 for assault after he punched a male subject in the face. The male subject was later located, arrested on two counts of assault, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, and then booked and released.

Jean M. Harbison, 68, and Gene L. Morrison, 42, were arrested on June 23 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported a known female subject and an unknown male subject for the thefts that occurred on June 19. They were later located, arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released from custody. The pair were later each booked on five separate counts of shoplifting and were released.

Heather D. Winesburg, 44, was arrested on June 23 for three counts of shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Staff at the business reported that she and a male subject had stolen $115.35 worth of merchandise from the store on June 9. The business reported that it had the subjects in custody on June 23. The female subject was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, trespassed from the business and released.

Judy K. Tatum, 28, was arrested on June 23 for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and child endangerment. An unknown caller reported a traffic crash in the 400 block of North Mitchell Street. Witnesses reported the female driver hit multiple mailboxes in the 400 block of East Mill Street, and then struck an electrical pole. A child was taken to the Western Missouri Medical Center for a small cut on his face. The female driver refused medical treatment and was arrested. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and then transported to the Johnson County Jail to be placed on a 24-hour hold. The child was treated and released to his father's care.
