Damarko C. Pannell, 30, was arrested on May 13 for a past assault on May 12. A female subject stated she had been assaulted while driving in Warrensburg and in a parking lot in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Estate. She also stated that she was assaulted while driving from Kansas City to Warrensburg with a juvenile in the car. The investigation is ongoing.
Cecil W. Arnold, 42, was arrested on May 14 for resisting/obstructing/failing to obey an officer after a traffic stop on Highway 50 near North Enterprise Drive. He fled his vehicle and was found in the 500 block of Southeast 400 Road. Deputies took him into custody for traffic violations and driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center, processed and released to medical staff.
Santiago Matheus, 53, was arrested on May 15 for assault on a law enforcement officer. Officers responded to a trespassing call in the 400 block of Benjamin Drive, where on scene, the suspect assaulted an officer. The male was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
Gabrielle L. Wigge, 28, was arrested on May 15 for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 300 block of West South Street. She was arrested and subsequently booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Jesse C. Thompson, 44, was arrested on May 15 for trespassing and obstruction by failing to identify. Officers were dispatched to the railroad tracks near Maguire Street for a person lying on the railroad tracks. Officers arrived and observed a male subject walking down the middle of the tracks. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Charles D. Stephens, 35, was arrested on May 16 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street.
Melissa D. Stout, 36, was arrested on May 16 for disturbing the peace in the 500 block of West Clark Street. Officers originally responded to a theft investigation but were aggressively approached by a female subject who disturbed the peace by screaming and yelling, causing a medical incident. The reporting party was transported to WMMC by the Johnson County Ambulance District and the subject was arrested, booked and released.
Chadsity L. Durr, 21, was arrested on May 17 for domestic assault in the 500 block of West McGoodwin Street. A male subject reported that he was assaulted by a known female subject. Officers determined the female subject was the primary aggressor. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Robin G. Hankins, 40, was arrested on May 17 for indecent exposure in the 300 block of East Young Street. She was issued a citation and released on scene.
Joseph T. Cox, 23, was arrested on May 18 for domestic assault and kidnapping in the 100 block of Commercial Street. He was processed at the WPD and then transported to the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Dylan D. Donegan was arrested on May 19 for shoplifting from a business in the 500 block of Maguire Street.
