Jeffery Flowers, 26, was arrested on Oct. 17 when officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with improper registration in the 2300 block of West Market Street. Flowers was arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm and a charge of possession of a controlled substance over 35 grams. 

Victorious Monroe, 26, was arrested Oct. 17 when officers conducted a traffic stop for improper registration and a defective brake light. Monroe was arrested on a charge of improper registration. 

Jermaine M. Talbert, 44, was arrested on Oct. 18 when officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle exceeding the posted speed limit in the 300 block of West Young Street. Talbert was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license - second offense. 

Dillon Eugene Graff, 30, was arrested on Oct. 18 on a warrant.

Jonathon L. Smith III was arrested on Oct. 18 when officers attempted a traffic stop on a motorcycle near the intersection of Ridgeview Drive and Montserrat Park Road. Smith took off at a high rate of speed after seeing officers. Smith was taken into custody in the 700 block of East Culton Street. Smith was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked. 

Jessica M. Jakobe, 30, was arrested on Oct. 18 when officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Springridge Road in reference to a disturbance. Jakobe was arrested on charges of stealing- controlled, possession of a controlled substance/dangerous drugs and fourth-degree domestic assault. 

Jordan B. Guenthner, 18, was arrested on Oct. 19 when officers conducted a vehicle check on South Main Street. Guenthner was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. 

Alan L. Johnson Jr., 23, was arrested on Oct. 22 when officers made contact with a subject on Fawn Lane in reference to a separate incident. Johnson was arrested on an active warrant. 

Taylor K. Catlett, 20, was arrested on Oct. 22 when officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Pine Street for a subject trying to buy alcohol with a fictitious ID. Catlett was arrested on a charge of possession of a fictitious/altered license.

Phillip M. Jenkins, 37, was arrested on Oct. 23 when officers responded to the 500 block of West Pine Street for a domestic disturbance. Jenkins was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic assault.
