Cheyenne M. Flemming, 20, was arrested Sept. 21 after officers responded Sept. 12 to a report of a motor vehicle collision in the 1200 block of South Holden Street. Flemming was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Christen Henderson, 24, was arrested Sept. 23 after officers responded Sept. 19 to a report of a motor vehicle collision in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Henderson was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Anthony E. Lassiter, 39, was arrested Sept. 20 when officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of North Maguire Street. Lassiter was arrested on a charge of disturbing private peace.
Justin R. Duncan, 30, was arrested Sept. 20 on a charge of sex offender present/loiter within 500 feet of a park with playground/pool - first offense.
Galen R. Jordan, 51, was arrested Sept. 20 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. Jordan was arrested on charges of no proof of insurance, improper registration and driving without a valid operator's license.
Robert E Mrazek, 32, was arrested Sept. 20 when officers responded to a report of a subject throwing rocks at Main and Ming streets. Mrazek was arrested on a charge of trespassing. Mrazek was later arrested Sept. 22 when officers responded to a report of a subject walking into traffic. Mrazek was arrested on a charge of disturbing public peace.
Leslie C. Watkins, 58, was arrested Sept. 22 when officers responded to a report of stealing in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Watkins was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Danielle M. Helmers, 28, was arrested Sept. 22 when officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision in the 600 block of East Young Street. Helmers was arrested on charges of driving while suspended/revoked and driving while intoxicated - drugs.
Anthony M. Messina, 26, was arrested Sept. 22 on a Warrensburg warrant.
Jacob S. Wilhelm, 32, was arrested Sept. 23 when officers responded to a report of domestic assault in the 500 block of North Ridgeview Drive. Wilhelm was arrested on a Warrensburg warrant and charges of second-degree domestic assault and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk - first offense - no sexual conduct.
Nija M. Collier, 23, was arrested Sept. 24 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of West Pine Street. Collier was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid operator's license.
Randall L. Young, 19, was arrested Sept. 24 when officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Young was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, resisting or interfering with arrest, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child - first offense - no sexual conduct and receiving stolen property.
Larry Rodewald, 55, and Joshua French, 37, were arrested Sept. 25 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Broad Street. Rodewald was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended/revoked. French was arrested on a Warrensburg warrant and a warrant in another jurisdiction. and a charge of failure to obey an officer.
Aaron Singleton, 35, was arrested Sept. 25 on warrants in another jurisdiction.
