Laneisha M. Mitchell, 19, was arrested Dec. 10 near the intersection of Maguire and Culton for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after officers were dispatched for a subject check. Officers made contact with the female, who was determined to have three active warrants out of Johnson County. She was arrested and, during a routine search, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
