Paul C. Barber, 45, was arrested Dec. 2 for driving while revoked near the intersection of Polk Street and Warren Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Officers made contact with the driver, who was discovered to have an outstanding warrant and was driving while revoked. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond. more
