Paul C. Barber, 45, was arrested Dec. 2 for driving while revoked near the intersection of Polk Street and Warren Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Officers made contact with the driver, who was discovered to have an outstanding warrant and was driving while revoked. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond.
Adrianna C. Eicholz, 18, was arrested Dec. 2 for minor visibly intoxicated, property damage and driving while intoxicated in the 400 block of North Maguire Street after officers responded to a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with the female driver, who was arrested for minor in possession, driving while intoxicated and property damage. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released pending state charges.
Lain X. Wallace, 23, was arrested Dec. 6 for assault on an officer and property damage in the 400 block of Burkarth Road after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Hunt Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers made contact with an intoxicated male who was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for a mental health evaluation. Once there, custody was transferred to the hospital and officers completed affidavits on scene. He was later issued additional citations for assault on an officer and property damage.
Gavin S. Boyles, 20, was arrested Dec. 7 for possession of a fictitious/altered license, minor visibly intoxicated and obstructing process in the 100 block of West Culton Street after officers were dispatched to a disturbance in progress. Officers made contact with a male who was determined to be involved. Officers placed the male under arrest for refusing to identify, obstruction, minor in possession and possession of a fictitious ID. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Mynor J. Garcia, 18, was arrested Dec. 7 for driving without a valid operators license near the intersection of Northwest 50 Highway and West Young Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Officers made contact with the male driver, who was discovered to be driving without a valid license. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
