Charity J. Morton, 19, was arrested Nov. 10 in the 900 block of Deer Run for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched to a disturbance. Officers arrived to discover a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with a female driver, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
