Charity J. Morton, 19, was arrested Nov. 10 in the 900 block of Deer Run for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched to a disturbance. Officers arrived to discover a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with a female driver, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Valeri A. Johnson, 60, was arrested Nov. 11 for trespassing in the 100 block of South Holden Street after officers were dispatched to Speed Stop in the 100 block of West Pine Street on Nov. 10 in reference to a disturbance. The business reported that there was. A female on scene was causing a disturbance and needed to be trespassed. Officers made contact with the female, where they noticed she already had an active trespass notice for the location. She was arrested, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Madison S. Minney, 28, was arrested Nov. 11 for trespassing in the 100 block of West Market Street after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Maguire Street in reference to a trespassing. The officer made contact with a male who had an active trespass from the business. He was arrested, booked and released on the scene with a city summons.
Valerie A. Johnson, 60, was arrested Nov. 11 for shoplifting, trespassing, and obstruction in the 100 block of West Pine Street after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to a disturbance. The business reported a known female had taken an item from their store and left without paying. Officers made contact in the 200 block of Pine Street, where she was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Brandon A. Erisman, 29, was arrested Nov. 11 for domestic assault and driving while suspended, while Tiffany M. Oxley, 30, was arrested for domestic assault near the intersection of South Mitchell Street and East Culton Street after officers were dispatched to a disturbance. Multiple parties reported that a male and a female were fighting in the road, and one attempted to hit the other with their vehicle. Officers made contact with the male and female. Both were booked and released with a city summons.
Malea D. Cornelius, 20, was arrested for second-degree harassment, DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and driving while suspended, while Emma T. Morell, 23, was arrested for assault near the intersection of South Holden Street and East Hale Lake Road after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Multiple parties reported a fight between multiple female subjects. One was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment, while another was arrested for assaulting two law enforcement officers while kicking them. Both were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and released.
Austin M. White, 26, was issued two mailed citations on Nov. 11 in the 100 block of North Holden Street on Nov 11 after officers were dispatched to the 3400 block of East Cooper Boulevard in reference to trespassing. Asset protection informed officers reported two separate cases of trespassing that occurred on Oct. 30 and Nov. 11. He was mailed a city summons for trespassing.
Danielle J. Schwager, 41, was arrested Nov. 11 in the 700 block of East Hale Lake Road after officers were dispatched to South Mitchell Street and Clark Street in reference to a blue vehicle swerving into incoming traffic. Officers located the Chile and initiated a traffic stop. The female was determined to be driving while intoxicated and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.
Thomas E. Pease, 47, was arrested Nov. 12 for disturbing public peace and resisting arrest in the 400 block of East Young Street after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to a disturbance. A male was seen yelling at customers in the parking lot before he left on foot. Officers located the male subject nearby, where he declined to follow commands from officers. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
James L. Michael, 50, was arrested Nov. 13 for domestic assault in the 200 block of East Gay Street for a domestic disturbance in progress. Officers made contact with a female who reported a known male struck her in the face. The male was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Christopher L. Jones, 52, was arrested Nov. 13 in the 700 block of South Maguire Street for driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched to a burins in reference to an impaired driver. Officers made contact with the male, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Mason C. Davis, 23, was arrested Nov. 14 for tampering with electronic monitoring equipment and property damage in the 400 block of Burkarth Road in after officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Cedar drive in reference to vehicle damage. Multiple parties reported a male had damaged a vehicle then cut off an ankle monitor. The male was located in Knob Noster, where he was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for medical evaluation. He was interviewed for the original call and released to hospital staff pending state charges.
Danielle Schwager, 41, was arrested Nov. 14 for trespassing in the 300 block of East Cooper boulevard in reference to trespassing. Asset protection informed a known female who has previously trespassed had been located on property. Officers made contact, where she was arrested for trespassing. She was booked ad released with a signed city summons.
Larrissa N. Snedeger, 33, was arrested Nov. 16 in the 100 block of West Pine Street in reference to improper backing, improper registration and driving while intoxicated after officers observed a vehicle crash into another vehicle. Officers made contact with the female, who was arrested for DWI. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Rashid Abudl Halim, 51, was arrested Nov. 16 in the 300 block of north Maguire Street for resisting arrest after officers were dispatched the 300 block of North Maguire Street for trespassing. Officers located a male subject on scene, drinking from an open container and trespassing on property. He also had an active warrant out of Boone County. He was arrested, and in the patrol car began striking his head against the window. He was removed and transported by the Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment. He was released to Hospital staff with an ROR bond and a citation for obstruction.
