Michael F. Gunter, 49, was arrested Oct. 30 for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended near the intersection of South Maguire Street and East Hale Lake Road after officers observed a male subject in a broken-down red Ford Explorer. Officers made contact with the driver, who was discovered to be driving while his license was revoked. He was arrested, and during a routine search, was discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
