Damarko C. Pannell, 30, was arrested on May 13 for a past assault on May 12. A female subject stated she had been assaulted while driving in Warrensburg and in a parking lot in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Estate. She also stated that she was assaulted while driving from Kansas City to Warrensburg with a juvenile in the car. The investigation is ongoing. more
