A 32-year-old from Independence suffered minor injuries in a Johnson County accident on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, she was driving a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis northbound on Northeast 175th Road a tenth of a mile north of U.S. Highway 50 at 11:25 a.m. when she lost control of a vehicle at a curve, striking a ditch.
She was not wearing a seatbelt. She was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District.
