A Warrensburg boy, 15, suffered serious injuries at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday , Sept. 22, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he entered the roadway of northbound Business 13 near Meadow Lane and was struck by a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta driven north by a Whiteman Air Force Base man, 23.
The child was transported to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City by Johnson County Ambulance District.
