Woman hurt in collision 

A 34-year-old Warrensburg woman suffered minor injuries in an accident Friday, Aug. 29, in Johnson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the woman was driving a Mazda 3 southbound on Missouri Highway 13 North of Northeast 700 Road when a Ram Promaster City driven by a 38-year-old man from Odessa stopped in traffic due to another crash ahead. The Mazda then struck the Ram.

The female was transported by the Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Both parties were wearing their seat belt.

Juveniles hurt in accident

Two Warrensburg juveniles were injured in a single-vehicle accident at 1 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, in Johnson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 29-year-old Warrensburg man was driving a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound on Division Road east of Southeast 341 Road when he crossed the center of the roadway, stuck the ditch and overturned.

A 13-year-old male occupant and a 15-year-old male occupant suffered minor injuries and were transported by personal conveyance to Western Missouri Medical Center.

The driver and both occupants were wearing a seat belt.
