Donald R. Hager, 51, was arrested on March 10 for possession of drug paraphernalia and an active warrant. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North College Street regarding a wanted person. Dispatch received an email from a male subject who stated that a known male subject with a full U.S. extradition warrant was staying in a shed in the area. Officers contacted the male subject walking back to the shed. The male identified himself and his warrant was confirmed. He was arrested and placed in the Johnson County Jail with no bond.
Samuel Christensen Jr., 60, was arrested on March 10 for trespassing at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was previously trespassed from the business in February. Officers contacted him while he was sitting in his vehicle. He was issued a citation on the scene and released.
Bobbie J. Douglas, 29, was arrested on March 10 for possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Maguire Street. The driver fled before coming to a stop. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. The vehicle's license plates were discovered to be forged. Investigation continues.
Harley M. Foster IV, 44, was arrested on March 11 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a disturbance. A male subject was arrested for shoplifting for not paying for several bottles of alcohol. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released for shoplifting.
Krista N. Sandifer, 33, was arrested on March 12 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business detained Sandifer until officers arrived. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a citation for shoplifting.
Joshua T. Stockton, 39, was arrested on March 12 for trespassing on a business in the 200 block of East Cleveland Street. The male suspect was arrested, booked and released on the scene with a signed summons.
Zachary L. Wagner, 36, was arrested on March 13 for leaving the scene of an accident at the intersection of North Holden and Culton Streets. The male suspect was later located and arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and was also cited for parking against the flow of traffic and parked in excess 18 inches from a curb.
Daniel W. Reardon, 42, was arrested on March 13 for peace disturbance, property damage and resisting arrest in the 400 block of West Pine Street. He was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center for a mental evaluation with signed affidavits. The state charges were later changed to city ordinance and the male subject was mailed three citations.
Thomas E. Pease, 47, was arrested on March 13 for resisting arrest. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Hillcrest Drive in reference to a male subject making suicidal statements while in possession of a firearm. Before officers arrived, all occupants except the suicidal male left the premises and waited for officers. Contact was made with the male subject via phone, and he voluntarily came out of the residence. He was not compliant with commands and attempted to go back into the residence. Officers had to use less-than-lethal means to stop him. Officers were able to contain and detain the male subject outside the residence. He was taken into custody and transported for a mental health evaluation. He was also arrested and cited for resisting.
Wesley A. Harrison, 33, was arrested on March 13 for trespassing, obstruction and assault on law enforcement. An officer was dispatched to Railroad and North Maguire Street for a male subject who slipped down the railway embankment. Officers gained access to the tracks and made contact with the male subject. He became aggressive and refused to get off the tracks. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with three city summonses.
Julie F. Carr, 59, was arrested on March 15 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business detained her until officers arrived. The female subject was arrested and subsequently booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on a charge of stealing.
Julia M. George, 60, was arrested on March 15 for domestic assault. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South Main Street in regard to a domestic disturbance. Officers contacted two female subjects who stated they began arguing, which led to one female subject assaulting the other female subject, causing her to hit her head on the corner of the door and leaving a large laceration. The Johnson County Ambulance District evaluated both, and the female subject with the laceration refused medical treatment. She was then arrested for domestic assault, processed and released on the scene with a citation.
Kaysi E. Foster, 32, was arrested on March 16 for obstruction and driving while revoked after a subject check near Christopher and Broad Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department where she was processed and released with summonses for driving while revoked, obstruction, no insurance and improper registration.
Ezekiel Douglas, 38, was arrested on March 16 for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm. A female subject reported that a male subject was inside her home in the 400 block of Benjamin Drive, destroying the inside of the home. She reported the male subject was armed with a pistol. Officers located the male subject outside the home in possession of a pistol and he was arrested. The male was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Johnson County Jail pending state charges.
Gavin Hardman, 24, was arrested on March 16 for a Jackson County felony warrant, second-degree domestic assault and unlawful possession of a firearm. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Franklin Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. A female subject reported that a known male subject assaulted her and was attempting to get back inside the residence. Officers arrived on the scene and arrested the male subject. He was booked at the Warrensburg Police Department and was transported to the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
