Cody Riordan, 24, was arrested on July 23 for a probation violation. He was taken into custody and was transported to the Johnson County Jail. He was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and was released to the jail staff.
Ethan T. Fritts, 22, was arrested on July 24 for resisting by fleeing an officer. Officers were dispatched to a careless and imprudent driver in the 300 block of East Young Street, where they attempted to stop the vehicle before it fled. Officers located the vehicle and arrested the subject. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Jose C. Maldonado, 26, was arrested on July 24 for stealing a bicycle from a customer near a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. University of Central Missouri Police located a male suspect in the 900 Block of Simpson. It was also discovered the male subject stole $230.90 in merchandise from the business. The male was arrested and then subsequently booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with two municipal summonses for stealing.
Tamala V. Fagundes, 44, was arrested on July 25 for operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop near Warren and McGoodwin Streets. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department pending state charges.
Maegan E. Murray, 40, was arrested on July 25 for involuntary homicide and assault after officers responded to the 700 block of East Culton Street for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress. A male subject was found not breathing in the residence and was later determined to be deceased. The female subject was placed in the Johnson County Jail with an ongoing investigation.
Christopher R. Ellis, 55, was arrested on July 26 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. An employee reported that a known male subject stole alcohol and left on foot. The male subject was located and arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a summons for shoplifting.
Kay Lynn Blackburn, 52, was arrested on July 26 for a dog at large in the parking lot of a business in the 500 block of North Maguire Street. Officers located the female dog owner, and she was cited on the scene for allowing her dog to run at large.
Cirino C. Jimenez, 33, was arrested on July 27 for driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid license. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of 3rd Street in reference to a harassment complaint. Officers located a male subject who was trespassed from the property. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
