Phillip E. Brumble, 20, was arrested on July 8 for unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, fourth-degree assault and a warrant outside of Johnson County. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Zoll St. for a report of a domestic disturbance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department processed and then transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Charles J. Sylvester, 38, was arrested on July 8 for fugitive out of state. Officers were notified by the Bristol Township Police Department in Pennsylvania about a wanted male subject residing in the city limits of Warrensburg. Officers located the male subject in the 800 block of Main St. and took him into custody for a full extradition warrant. The male subject was booked for fugitive out of state and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Harley A. Marlot, 26, was arrested on July 8 for fugitive out of state. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole in reference to a warrant service. A male subject was located and his Kansas probation violation warrant was confirmed. He was arrested for the warrant and placed in the Johnson County Jail for a 24-hour hold for a fugitive from out of state.
Raymond L. Iiams, 49, was arrested on July 10 for driving while revoked. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Lexus in the 1200 block of S. Holden St. The male driver was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released on a charge of driving while revoked.
Desiree T. Richardson, 34, was arrested on July 11 for driving while suspended. Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 300 block of E. Market St. During the investigation, it was discovered that one of the drivers had a suspended driver's license. She was arrested for driving while suspended. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Martin L. Johnson, 42, was arrested on July 11 for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while suspended. An officer was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the 600 block of E. Young St. and made contact with a person who stated that a male subject driving a white Cadillac struck his vehicle. The person stated that the male subject got out to make sure he was okay and then left the scene. The male subject was arrested, processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Noah Yoder, 22, was arrested on July 12 for driving while revoked. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a red Chevrolet Corvette in the 100 block of College St. The driver was arrested for driving while revoked. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He was given a warning for an expired registration.
Trenity J. Tyler, 24, was arrested on July 12 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of E. Cooper Blvd. The female subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a citation for shoplifting.
Dylan M. Larish, 27, was arrested on July 13 for burglary and stealing in the 300 block of E. North St. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Jennifer A. Callaway, 45, and Jeremy K. Smith, 32, were arrested on July 13 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of Maguire St The business manager reported the female subject had left the store with two bags of ice without paying. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released for shoplifting.
Lynell O. Jackson, 30, was arrested on July 13 for trespassing and animal neglect in the 300 block of Franklin St. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
