Matthew W. Howard, 52, was arrested Nov. 17 for driving while suspended in the area of Maguire Street and Sparks Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for improper registration. Contact was made with the driver, where officers discovered he was driving while suspended. He was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
John J. Abare, 62, was arrested Nov. 19 for shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection reported that a known male was caught shoplifting from the store. Officers made contact, where he was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
David B. Cramer, 49, was arrested Nov. 19 for shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for stealing after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection reported a known amel was caught shoplifting from the store. Officers made contact, where he was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Lochlain C. Tichenor, 20, was arrested Nov. 20 for an open container violation and minor in possession in the 200 block of Grover Street after officers were dispatched to the area for a disturbance. Officers made contact with a male in the area who had an open container. He was arrested, booked and released on scene with citations for open container and MIP.
Christopher J. Shippy, 51, was arrested Nov. 22 near the intersection of College and Culton for failure to comply with interlock device requirements, endangering the welfare of a child and DWI after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no front license plate. Officers made contact with the male, who was arrested on charges of aggravated DWI, failure to comply with an ignition interlock, endangering the welfare of a child and failure to have a child under the age of four restrained in a child restraint system. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.
