Stephen De La Garza, 36, was arrested on Jan. 6 for driving without a valid driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated. Officers responded to the area of Gay and Mitchell Streets to tend to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident reported by a female driver. The male driver fled the scene and was located in the 100 block of Commercial Street. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He was also issued a citation for failing to obey a signal light.
Nicholas G. Wilcox, 30, was arrested on Jan. 8 for driving while revoked after a traffic stop near Young Street and Northeast Highway 50. He to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and issued two citations. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail for an active warrant.
Desiree M. Dodgen, 36, was arrested on Jan. 8 for driving while suspended after officers stopped her vehicle in the 200 block of East Cleveland Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Timothy D. Specker, 59, was arrested on Jan. 10 for driving while suspended after officers responded to the 800 block of Mitchell Street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. He was transported to to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Christopher R. Ellis, 56, was arrested on Jan. 11 for possessing an open container of liquor. Officers had responded to a domestic dispute in the 400 block of East Russell Avenue. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Cory J. Whitham, 28, was arrested on Jan. 11 for domestic assault and three active warrants. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Young Street in reference of a domestic disturbance between a male and female subject. Whitham was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and then placed in the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
Adam C. Meyer, 34, was arrested on Jan. 11 for domestic assault in the 900 block of East Market Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Eric C. McNair, 44, was arrested on Jan. 11 for fourth-degree domestic assault and second-degree kidnapping. Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Rich Boulevard for a possible domestic disturbance between a known male and female subject. McNair was arrested and placed in the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour investigative hold.
Kathryn L. Dunford, 35, was arrested on Jan. 12 for driving while intoxicated and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded to the 300 block of North Maguire Street for a report of an impaired driver and arrested Dunford. She was placed in the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Brendon Lewis, 19, and Laneisha M. Mitchell, 18, were arrested on Jan. 12 for domestic assault in the area of King and South Main Streets. They were both transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
