Pamela R. Golob, 67, was arrested on Dec. 17 for stealing and passing bad checks at a business in the 400 block of East Young Street. The store manager requested she be trespassed from the store and advised officers that she was willing to pursue charges. Golob was arrested and banned from the store. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed then transported to the Johnson County Jail for an outstanding warrant.
William S. Body, 18, was arrested on Dec. 17 for possession of a fictitious or altered license.
Jackie L. Pugh Jr., 41, was arrested on Dec. 17 for disturbing public peace by obstructing the flow of traffic. Pugh was panhandling and caused traffic to be obstructed at East Russell Avenue and North Maguire Street. He was issued a summons and was released on scene.
Ariel A. Tran, 30, was arrested on Dec. 18 for leaving the scene of an accident in the 700 block of North Charles Street. The suspect vehicle crashed into a pole and power line on East Hwy 50 outside of Warrensburg city limits. The female driver was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and booked for leaving the scene of an accident. She was also cited for no insurance, no headlights and failure to yield. She was released to the Missouri State Highway Patrol for a second motor vehicle crash that happened outside of city limits.
April D. Garcia, 42, was arrested on Dec. 20 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business apprehended the suspect who failed to scan all their items at the self-check line. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a city citation.
Caleb S. Egbert, 34, was arrested on Dec. 20 for driving while revoked and improper registration after a traffic stop at the intersection of East Young Street and Creach Drive. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He received a citation for improper registration.
Levi J. Bewley, 35, was arrested on Dec. 21 for obstruction and trespassing at a business in the 300 block of East Young Street. The store reported Bewley refused to leave. Upon arrival, the store manager pointed out the male subject to officers at which time they told him that he needed to leave the store. The male subject was escorted out of business where he refused to identify himself. The subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
