Jared E. Demilia, 32, was arrested on Feb. 17 for theft from a motor vehicle. A victim reported the rear passenger window of their car was broken into and several items were stolen. Two of the stolen items were located later in the evening. Demilia was arrested for receiving stolen property.
Anthony D. Hillsman, 52, was arrested on Feb. 17 for illegal burning and obstruction by interfering with the Warrensburg Fire and Police Department.
Tyneisha M. Perkins, 32, was arrested on Feb. 19 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, issued a summons for shoplifting and was released.
Michael Pittman Jr. 36, was arrested on Feb. 19 for resisting arrest and an outstanding Warrensburg Police Department warrant in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. He was placed in the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
Dana S. Metcalf, 38, was arrested on Feb. 21 for domestic assault in the area of North Warren and West Market Streets. A subject had reported that Metcalf had sprayed him in the face with pepper spray and left the scene. Metcalf was located, arrested, processed and released.
Shane A. Small, 33, and Dakota M. Small, 30, were arrested on Feb. 21 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The pair reportedly skipped scanning and passed the last point of purchase. They were arrested, processed, released and issued citations.
Hayes P. Hulett, 20, was arrested on Feb. 21 for possession of a fictitious ID. An officer stopped Hulett’s vehicle going the wrong way down a one-way street in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was arrested for the fictitious ID, issued a citation for the offense and released.
Oscar R. Garcia, 29, was arrested on Feb. 22 for domestic assault in the 200 block of Grover Street. A person reported Garcia for choking them and pulling their hair. He was arrested, processed and released with a citation.
Rino NMI Sarafin, 27, was arrested on Feb. 22 for domestic assault in the 600 block of East Russell Avenue. He was booked and released.
Anthony Garrett, 36, was arrested on Feb. 22 for private peace disturbance in the 1000 block of South Mitchell Street. He was processed, cited and released.
