Starlet M. Perry, 46, was arrested on Feb. 3 for domestic assault in the 300 block of East Market Street. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between Perry and a known male subject. She was arrested, booked and released with a signed summons.
Lloyd L. Lowe, 59, was arrested on Feb. 4 for domestic assault. A female subject said he assaulted her by striking and choker her in the 500 block of Grover Street. He was processed, released and issued a summons.
Tyra A. Bolton, 29, was arrested on Feb. 5 for driving while revoked and multiple warrants. An officer stopped Bolton in the 600 block of South Main Street. She was booked and released on charges of driving while revoked, failure to maintain financial responsibility insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was transported to the Johnson County Jail due to being unable to post bond for the warrants.
Thomas K. Gallagher, 41, was arrested on Feb. 5 for driving while suspended/revoked after a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Gay Street. He was arrested, booked and released on charges of driving while suspended/revoked, defective equipment and no proof of financial responsibility insurance.
Donavan L. Murphy, 39, was arrested on Feb. 6 for driving while revoked and an outstanding warrant. An officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle for expired registration. He was booked and released and posted bond on the warrant.
Jesse Maloney, 44, and Sabrina M. Trinidad, 44, were arrested on Feb. 6 for possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of West Clark Street in regard to a domestic disturbance between a male and female subject. Both were arrested, booked and released with citations.
Haley L. Pults, 29, was arrested on Feb. 7 for driving with an expired license and failing to stop at a stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle near Broad and Zoll Street. She was cited on the scene for her offenses.
Samuel Christensen Jr., 60, was arrested on Feb. 7 for trespassing and obstruction by resisting. Officers were dispatched to a business in the 800 block of North Magure Street for a hold-up alarm. alarm. Officers arrived and found that a known male subject was trespassing and had previously caused a disturbance there. The male subject resisted when Officers were attempting to detain him. He was arrested, booked and released.
Anthony J. Tomlin, 42, was arrested on Feb. 7 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. An officer was dispatched to the business after it reported a male subject skipped scanning several items and passed the last point of purchase. He was arrested, booked and released with a signed summons.
Samuel Christensen Jr., 60, was arrested on Feb. 8 for trespassing a business in the 800 block of North Maguire Street. He was located, arrested, booked and released.
Samuel Christensen Jr., 60, was arrested on Feb. 8 for trespassing and shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business said he had stolen a package that was later recovered. He was arrested for trespassing and shoplifting before being released with signed summons.
Christian T. Jordan, 27, and Cameron P. Stone, 20, were arrested on Feb. 8 for unlawful use of a weapon and peace disturbance, respectively. Officers responded to the 100 block of North Main Street in regard to a report of a weapon being brandished during a domestic disturbance. Officers determined a male subject brandished a handgun at another male subject during a verbal argument. Both were cited for their offenses and released.
Inoky Joseph, 20, was arrested on Feb. 9 for minor visibly intoxicated and obstruction. Officers responded to the 400 block of Ming Street for a disturbance. Officers arrived on the scene to multiple people yelling and screaming. Officers gave multiple commands to a male subject to stop but he refused to do so. He was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center, per his request. He was then taken to the Warrensburg Police Department where he was booked and released.
