Michael P. Neary, 35, and Deseree E. Hughes, 32, were arrested on April 21 for leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a controlled substance. Officers were dispatched to 50 Highway and Maguire Street for a reported motor vehicle crash. A vehicle left the scene and was located in the 700 block of South Maguire Street. The male driver was arrested for leaving the scene of a crash, his second offense, and possession of a controlled substance. The female subject inside the same vehicle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Both subjects were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and released pending state charges.

Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, and Justin A. Eads, 53, were arrested on April 22 for a public affray. Officers were dispatched to a health care organization in the 600 block of Burkarth Road for a reported physical altercation occurring on the premises. It was determined upon officer arrival that two male subjects willfully fought each other, causing injuries. Both male subjects were later mailed a summons for public affray.

Cecil W. Arnold, 43, was arrested on April 22 for driving while suspended/revoked. Officers witnessed a known male subject driving a vehicle in the 200 block of South Holden Street. He was known to have a revoked Missouri driving status. A citation was mailed to the male subject for the violation.

Cherson Santier, 24, was arrested on April 23 for unlawful use of a weapon, obstruction, resisting arrest and assault on an officer. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Pine and Warren Street for a male subject yelling for help. Upon arrival, the male subject had a knife and was approaching officers in an aggressive manner. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Cassi L. Harness, 35, was arrested on April 24 for stealing at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Officers were dispatched ot the area concerning a reported theft. A female subject stated that her wallet had been stolen from a shopping cart around 1400 hours in the store's parking lot. After reviewing security footage, officers located the known female subject who had stolen the wallet. The female subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a citation for stealing. The wallet was recovered and returned. 

Kimberly S. Harding, 42, was arrested on April 24 for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Officers checked on a female subject during parking enforcement in the 100 block of West Pine Street. After investigating her vehicle, she was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released pending state charges.

Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, was arrested on April 24 for assaulting a special victim twice and resisting arrest. Officers responded to the Probation and Parole Office regarding a known male subject with a warrant for his arrest. Officers contacted the male subject, who had assaulted a probation officer, a police officer and resisted arrest. He was tased by officers and taken into custody. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a

24-hour hold. 

Franklin F. Arevalo, 27, was arrested on April 24 for assault, unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and a city ordinance obstruction. Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Holden Street for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, officers determined that a male subject pointed a firearm at another male subject and threatened him. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and processed. He was then transferred to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Reggie L. McCarver, 43, was arrested on April 25 for driving without a valid license and officers stopped his vehicle near Maguire Street and Russell Avenue for speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.

Starlet M. Perry, 46, was arrested on April 26 for first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle. A male subject reported that a known female subject attempted to steal his vehicle in the 400 block of Broad Street in Warrensburg. The female subject was located in the 300 Block of Broad Street and was arrested. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was subsequently booked and released. 

Lynell O. Jackson, 31, was arrested on April 27 for aggravated fleeing a stop, operating a vehicle without a valid license, leaving the scene of a crash, property damage, second-degree burglary and stealing. A business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard reported a known male subject trespassed and stole from the store on April 26. He was located in his vehicle on the University of Central Missouri campus on April 27. A perimeter was set up by the Warrensburg Police Department, the Johnson County Sheriff's Office and UCM DPS. Jackson was captured and arrested. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Niko R. Arevalo, 30, was arrested on April 26 for possession of an illegal weapon. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Wilkes Drive for a disturbance. Upon arrival, Arevalo was arrested, then transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with state charges.

Neva L. Coffer, 19, was arrested on April 27 for possession of a fictitious ID. She was attempting to use a fake ID to get into a bar in the 100 block of West Pine Street. She was arrested, booked and released on scene with a summons.
