Timothy A. McGinnis, 58, was arrested on April 7 for driving while revoked and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle after officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle near the intersection of Creach Drive and Foster Lane. He was arrested, booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department. 

Anthony A. Bettis, 27, was arrested on April 7 for possession of a controlled substance. Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of Goodrich Drive. A female subject reported possible child abuse. Bettis was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was processed and released. 

Thomas W. Brower, 50, was arrested on April 8 for stealing from a business in the 200 block of North Maguire Street. Officers were dispatched to the area for a reported theft. The business reported that a known male subject allowed two customers to take multiple items from the store without rendering payment. The reporting party also mentioned that the known male subject did not scan an item for a customer, allowing them to leave the store with the unpaid item. Brower was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.  

Jennifer D. Mallicoat, 36, was arrested on April 8 for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. Officers responded to a vehicle swerving all over the roadway and had collided with a curb in the 400 block of Burkarth Road. She was arrested, booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department pending state charges. 

Nathaniel Siefkas, 27, was arrested on April 10 for shoplifting from a business in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Upon officer arrival, an employee reported a male subject stole a guitar and left out the rear of the store. The subject was later found and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a citation. 

Jennifer D. Mallicoat, 36, was arrested on April 8 for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. Officers responded to a vehicle swerving all over the roadway and had collided with a curb in the 400 block of Burkarth Road. She was arrested, booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department pending state charges. 

Brandon A. Erisman, 29, was arrested on April 9 for assault in the 900 block of South Mitchell Street. Officers were dispatched to the area for a wellness check of a female subject and two juveniles. The female subject reported that she was assaulted by a known male subject. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a citation. 

Kimberly J. Wiley, 35, was arrested on April 10 for state charges of driving while intoxicated, delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain financial responsibility, improper registration and following too close. Officers were dispatched to the westbound lanes of the 200 block of Northeast 50 Highway. The female subject was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released. 

Aiden J. Corrado, 21, was arrested on April 11 for assault in the 700 block of East Hale Lake Road. Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a past assault. The reporting party advised they were assaulted by a known male subject and had minor injuries. The suspect was located in the 1200 block of South Holden Street and was arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released. 

Aamer Aslam, 52, was arrested on April 11 for violating a protection order in the 700 block of Cedar Drive. Officers located him in the area and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with pending state charges. 

Cassandra S. Harmon, 34, was arrested on April 11 for driving while intoxicated and an open container violation. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard for a report of an intoxicated driver and made contact with the subject, who was sitting in her car. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.  

Julie L. Smith, 23, was arrested on April 12 for domestic assault. She was arrested, booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on a charge of city ordinance domestic assault.
