Ava K. Lunders, 18, was arrested on Oct. 21 for driving while intoxicated and minor in possession of alcohol after officers stopped her vehicle in the 100 block of Holden Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released with multiple citations.
Joshua S. Franklin, 46, was arrested on Oct. 22 for driving while intoxicated. An officer stopped Franklin near Cooper and Maguire Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Nicole M. Brister, 27, was arrested on Oct. 22 for dogs running at large near Warrensburg Middle School. Brister was located, arrested, cited on scene and was released.
Betty J. Tirey, 54, was arrested on Oct. 22 for burglary and stealing from a home in the 1000 block of Bedford Drive. Tirey was reported to be inside the home and wore items belonging to the homeowner. She was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail where she was placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
Shawn Cunningham, 50, was arrested on Oct. 22 for littering in the 600 block of East Young Street. Officers were dispatched to the area for a report of trespassing, found Cunningham and transported him to the Western Missouri Medical Center. Cunningham was cited for littering at the hospital.
Alisha L. Lowe, 37, was arrested on Oct. 23 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. Officers made contact with Lowe in the 300 block of East Young Street and arrested her. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a signed summons.
Joseph E. Hawn, 43, was arrested on Oct. 23 for possession of a controlled substance and a Pettis County felony warrant. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and placed in the Johnson County Jail for the warrant.
Ricardo A. Abad, 54, was arrested on Oct. 23 for littering near Simpson Drive and East Cooper Boulevard. Officers responded to a call regarding a male subject not moving in a sleeping bag. Officers contacted the subject and he refused multiple commands to clean up his garbage. He was arrested and cited on scene for littering.
Tommie L. Pollard, 22, Cornelius Thompson, 19, and Jaydan E. Trotter, 20, were arrested on Oct. 26 for obstructing process and failing to obey an officer. Officers responded to the 300 block of East Market Street for a report of a disturbance. The three male subjects were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Santiago Matheus, 53, was arrested on Oct. 26 for domestic assault and failing to obey an officer in the 800 block of South Maguire Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Hector Acevedo Jr., 47, was arrested on Oct. 27 for first-degree drug trafficking in the 300 block of Maguire Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
David A. Stewart, 68, were arrested on Oct. 27 for possession of a controlled substance in the 300 block of Maguire Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Brandon L. Martin, 35, was arrested on Oct. 27 for trespassing at a business in the 600 East Young Street. Staff reported a male subject refused to leave the store after being asked multiple times. He was contacted and told not to return to the store. He later returned and was arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Andrew A. White, 39, was arrested on Oct. 27 for driving while suspended after a traffic stop near Maguire Street and Highway 50. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
