Andrew C. Riley, 45, was arrested on Oct. 28 for assault in the 400 block of North Holden Street. Officers responded to an assault in progress and separated the parties at the scene. Riley was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Austin L. Andrews, 24, was arrested on Oct. 30 for domestic assault in the 100 block of Grant Drive. A female victim reported Andrews assaulted her. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Maida Echevarria, 49, was arrested on Nov. 1 for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Johnson County warrant. An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of West Clark Street for a report of damage. Upon arrival, Echevarria was arrested for the warrant and placed in the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond. She was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blake D. Ripley, 24, was arrested on Nov. 1 for driving while suspended after a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Market Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Marco D. Conley, 27, was arrested on Nov. 2 for driving while suspended after a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Mitchell Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

McKenna L. Mohagen, 29, Alexis N. Lewis, 22, and Ruthie M. Worthington, 20, were arrested on Nov. 3 following a fight in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Mohagen and Lewis were arrested for public affray. Worthington was arrested for public affray, obstruction and an outstanding warrant. They were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Tara L. Davis, 42, was arrested on Nov. 3 for driving while suspended, a dog at large and was issued citations for improper registration and no insurance. Officers observed a dog at large causing a traffic hazard in the Hawthorne Boulevard and Thompson Street area. The dog was reportedly dumped by Davis. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Davis’ vehicle. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Shyla M. Wimer, 23, was arrested on Nov. 3 for driving without a valid operator’s license, improper registration and no insurance after officers conducted a traffic stop in the Broad and South Holden Street area. She was cited for the improper registration and no insurance offenses. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
