Charles D. Stephens, 35, was arrested on Sept. 23 for stealing from a business in the 300 block of East Young Street. An officer spoke with staff members who stated that a known male subject came into the store and stole an item. He was later located and arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Tucker A. Smidt, 21, was arrested on Sept. 23 for driving while intoxicated. The arrest occurred after a traffic stop in the 600 block of Grover Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and placed on a 96-hour hold.
Wijae W. Brown, 48, was arrested on Sept. 24 for driving while suspended after officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 300 block of East Gay Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with citations.
Iquetta B. Gaines, 30, was arrested on Sept. 26 for trespassing and shoplifting from a business in the 1000 block of Maguire Street. Gaines had previously been trespassed from the business. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Montrell L. Love, 47, was arrested on Sept. 26 for a suspended driving status after he was stopped at the intersection of South Main and West Clark Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He was also cited for an improper turn.
Heather L. Nyhart, 43, was arrested on Sept. 26 for first-degree burglary in the 400 block of East Gay Street. A female reported that Nyhart had entered her residence, was eating their food and going through their property. She forced the female subject out of her house, and the subject was now in the backyard. An officer located the subject later in the 400 block of East Market Street. Nyhart was arrested and placed in the Johnson County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
Tyra C. Goude, 24, was arrested on Sept. 26 for obstructing law enforcement by interfering with an arrest. She was involved in a fight in the 600 block of West Clark Street and was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released following the arrest.
Cleven O. Arnold Jr., 30, was arrested on Sept. 26 for obstructing law enforcement by failing to identify and an outstanding felony out-of-state warrant. He was involved in a fight with a female subject in the 600 block of West Clark Street. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail for the warrant.
Ricardo A. Abad, 54, was arrested on Sept. 27 for stealing items from a hotel in the 300 block of East Russell Street. He was arrested for stealing items from the lobby, was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a city summons.
Lance M. Krause, 52, was arrested on Sept. 28 for second-degree assault in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and then placed at the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Iquetta B. Gaines, 30, was arrested on Sept. 28 for failing to obey a lawful order in the 1000 block of Zoll Street. An officer responded to a disturbance after a female reported that Gaines would not leave her residence. The officer asked Gaines to step outside multiple times and she refused. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Derrick W. Roar, 44, was arrested on Sept. 28 for an open container violation in the 100 block of Vamo Road. Officers responded to a report that a drunk male subject was yelling and screaming with alcohol in his hands in a park. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Steven J. Hodge, 53, was arrested on Sept. 29 for domestic assault in the 200 block of McGoodwin Street. An officer responded to a domestic disturbance with a known male subject involved. He was booked and released on scene with a citation.
Tracie L. Karigan, 47, was arrested on Sept. 29 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was arrested and issued a summons.
David E. Roberson, 56, was arrested on Sept. 29 for stealing from a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. He reportedly stole multiple cases of alcohol before fleeing the scene in a vehicle on Sept. 27. The alcohol was later recovered at his apartment and he was arrested.
