Police Reports for Sept. 24

Isidro F. Tomas, 27, was arrested on Aug. 26 for a fugitive out-of-state warrant. An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Ridgeview Drive in reference to a male subject with a possible warrant. He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Jack C. Hamm, 38, was arrested on Aug. 27 for driving while suspended after being stopped near the intersection of South Maguire Street and Hamilton Street. He was also cited for failure to provide proof of insurance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with his copies of the two citations.

William K. Davidson Jr., 53, was arrested on Aug. 27 for urinating in public in the 400 block of North Holden Street. He was cited on scene and released to the Johnson County Ambulance District to be transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center.

Steven P. Palmer, 32, was arrested on Aug. 28 for an assault that occurred on Aug. 2 in the 1200 block of Half Day Drive. The male subject was located and arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a signed summons.

Thomas N.D. West, 30, was arrested on Aug. 29 for shoplifting from a business on Aug. 28 in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. A male subject entered the store, took multiple items and left the store without paying. The male subject was later located and arrested for shoplifting. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Darrius J. Sheridan, 29, was arrested on Aug. 29 for driving while revoked. An officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 600 block of Burkarth Road and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Zackary J. Morell, 26, was arrested on Aug. 29 for endangering the welfare of a child. An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of North Holden Street in reference to a missing juvenile. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of West North Street. The juvenile was located inside the vehicle and the male subject was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Malea D. Cornelius, 19, was arrested on Aug. 30 for driving while revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released on summonses of improper registration, no insurance, and driving while revoked.

Nia A. Manivanh, 26, was arrested on Aug. 31 for domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Prairie Hill Drive in reference to an assault in progress. A male subject reported that a known female subject had assaulted him. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Toni M. Brant, 57, was arrested on Aug. 31 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard and a warrant out of the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and then transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.

David T. Winters, 29, was arrested on Aug. 31 for shoplifting from a business on Aug. 27 in the 300 block of East Young Street. The store manager reported that two male subjects left the store without paying for several items. Winters was arrested on Aug. 31 for the theft. He was issued a summons and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Michael L. Herron, 25, was arrested on Sept. 1 for theft of a motor vehicle in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. The vehicle was later found in Knob Noster. A male subject was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle and placed in the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Travis J. Henderson, 33, was arrested on Sept. 1 for driving while intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to South Holden and South Street for a male driver passed out in a vehicle. Upon arrival, a male subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Ronney R. Carnnahan, 6, was arrested on Sept. 1 for driving a motorcycle while revoked after an officer was dispatched to the 700 block of Anderson Street for a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital by ambulance. At the hospital, he was arrested on scene for driving while revoked and was cited for failure to provide proof of valid insurance.
