Tiffany N. Davis, 35, was arrested on May 7 for felony driving with a revoked license. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 100 block of South Maguire Street after observing a child riding on a motorcycle with no helmet. She was booked and released from the police department on state charges.
Katoria A. Gitau, 34, was arrested on May 7 for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 600 block of Burkarth Road. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Eric C. McNair, 43, was arrested on May 7 for domestic assault after he was reported for a disturbance in the 1200 block of Rich Boulevard. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, issued a summons and released.
Santos Aguilera, 40, was arrested on May 7 for driving without a license. Officers were dispatched to a vehicle crashing into a building in the 700 block of Charles Street. Upon arrival, the officer saw a vehicle attempting to leave the scene and stopped it. The driver was arrested and was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Thomas E. Bates, 69, was arrested on May 9 for driving while intoxicated. A business reported he had left the premises intoxicated and began driving. The subject was located in the 400 block of Swallow Street, where he was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Jackie L. Wyman, 44, was arrested on May 9 for child abuse, domestic assault, and endangering the welfare of a child after officers responded to the 500 block of Maple Street. He was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and then transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Nathaniel D. Myers, 24, was arrested on May 10 for assault by attempting to harm police, stealing a package, and trespassing in the 300 block of West Gay Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Roberto O. Roman, 46, was arrested on May 11 for driving with a suspended license in the 700 block of North Maguire Street after a motor vehicle crash. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Khalia A. Austin, 23, was arrested on May 11 for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 500 block of West Young Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released on a municipal summons.
Kyle T. Jeffery Cope, 30, was arrested on May 11 for an open alcohol container. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Maguire Street in reference to a male subject exposing himself. Officers determined that the male did not expose himself. He was processed and released on scene with a city summons.
