Warrensburg girl seriously injured in Johnson County UTV crash
A Warrensburg girl, 11, suffered serious injuries at 3:32 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was an occupant in a 2013 Coleman Outfitter HS400 UTV-2, driven by a Warrensburg boy, 11 in the 700 block of East Gay Street. He was traveling around a tree, lost control and rolled the vehicle.
Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt. The injured girl was transported by EMS to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
Centerview man suffers minor injury in 4-wheeler accident
A 29-year-old man from Centerview suffered minor injuries at 5:08 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in a Johnson County accident.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, he was driving a 2024 Polaris 4 Wheeler eastbound in the 300 block of 1101st Road when he attempted to drive over a steep dirt pile and overturned.
He was transported by the Johnson County Ambulance District to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
