Windsor woman hurt in Johnson County collision

A Windsor woman, 31, suffered minor injuries at 5:38 p.m. Friday, July 17, in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was driving a 2010 Toyota Tacoma north on Missouri Route 13 at NW 700 Road when she turned on her left front signal and began to slow and the front of a northbound 2018 Smart Fortwo driven by a Warrensburg man, 17, struck the rear of her vehicle.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the injured woman was transported by private conveyance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg. 

Three hurt in Johnson County rollover

A Chilhowee boy, 11, suffered minor injuries, a Warrensburg man, 24, suffered minor injuries and a Chilhowee man, 25, suffered minor injuries at 11:46 a.m. Sunday, July19, in a Johnson County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the Chilhowee man was driving a 2010 Jeep Wrangler east on Missouri Route 2 when it traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a mailbox and overturned. 

Everyone was wearing a seat belt. The driver refused treatment and the injured were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
