Warrensburg area police reports for Feb. 10

Brandon A. Erisman, 29, was arrested Jan. 12 in the 300 block of East Russell Avenue for driving while revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. The driver was discovered to be driving while revoked. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons for driving while revoked, no vehicle insurance and expired registration.

Jeremy T. Owen, 41, was arrested Jan. 13 in the 1200 block of Pebblecreek Drive for simple domestic assault after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a known male shoved her to the ground and spat on her. Officers made contact with the male, who was arrested and transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for a mental evaluation. Once there, custody was transferred to hospital staff after he was booked and released.

Danielle J. Schwager, 41, was arrested Jan. 13  in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for trespassing after officers were dispatched in reference to trespassing. Asset protection  reported a known female who had previously been trespassed was located on the property. Officers made contact with the female, where she was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.

Paul E. Averbeck, 25, was arrested Jan. 13 in the 500 block of McGoodwin for operating without a proper license and driving while suspended/revoked - second offense after officers conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle for exceeding the posted speed limit. Officers discovered the driver was driving while revoked and was arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.

Jacob L. Crowell, 26, was arrested Jan. 14 in the 500 block of South Main Street for unlawful use of a weapon subsection five - while intoxicated - loaded weapon after officers were dispatched to a weapons call. The reporting party told officers a known male exited the residence with a firearm and shot multiple rounds. After further investigation, officers located the male and arrested him for unlawful use of a weapon. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Jaelin J. Harrington, 24, was arrested Jan.  15 in the 100 block of West Young Street for stealing a firearm after officers were dispatched to a pawn shop in reference to a theft in progress. The business reported a male subject stole a firearm from their store and fled on foot. Officers located the male in the 200 block of Young Street, where he was arrested for stealing. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where custody was transferred to jail staff.

Danielle J. Schwager,  41, was arrested Jan. 15 in  the 700 block of South Maguire Street for leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a controlled substance after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North Ridgeview Drive in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, a reporting party stated a known female drove a U-Haul Transit Van into the parking lot and struck his vehicle before fleeing the scene. Officers later located the female at a local smoke shop, and she was arrested. During a probable cause search of her vehicle, a bag containing narcotics was seized. The female was booked and released to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office regarding their felony charges.

Montrell L. Love, 48, was arrested Jan. 15 near the intersection of East Hale Lake Road and South Holden Street for driving while revoked after officers conducted a vehicle stop after discovering the driver had a revoked status. Upon contact, officers informed the male of his revoked driving status  and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.

Deanna F. Filkins, 58, was arrested Jan. 16 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection reported a known female subject was seen shoplifting multiple items and passing all points of sale without rendering a payment. After the investigation, officers arrested the female for shoplifting. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a  signed city summons and a trespass notice from all Walmart property.

Stephan J. Burns, 44, was arrested Jan.  17 in the 400 block of North Maguire Street for failure to register as a sex offender. Officers after officers stopped a vehicle for expired registration. Officers discovered the male driver was on the sex offender list, but had not registered his vehicle on his registry information. The male was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released on state charges for failing to register as a sex offender.

Lane C. Martin, 18 and Isaac C. Greer, 20, were arrested Jan. 18 near the intersection of Holden Street and South Street for an open container violation and minor in possession of alcohol after officers were dispatched in reference to a subject check. Officers made contact with the two males, who were discovered to be minors in possession of alcohol. Both were arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and released with signed city summonses.
