Warrensburg area police reports for Feb. 17

Tina N. Green, 44, was arrested Jan. 19 near the intersection of East Gay Street and North College Street for simple assault after officers were dispatched to the 130 block of East Market Street on Jan. 16 in reference to an assault. A reporting party stated a known female assaulted him by striking him in the arm.  After further investigation, officers located the female and arrested her for assault. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.​

Curtis A. Alff, 34, was arrested Jan. 20 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection informed officers that a male skip scanned several items and passed all points of sale without making a payment. Officers arrested the male for stealing. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.  

​Kimberly J. Wiley, 36, was arrested Jan. 22 in the 100 block of South Maguire Street for driving while revoked after officers conducted a vehicle stop for improper registration and stealing. Upon contact, officers discovered the female was driving while suspended and was arrested. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.

​Jacob M. Fisher, 44, was arrested Jan. 23 in the 100 block of South Mitchell Street for failure to obey a stop sign, speeding 10 miles or less over the speed limit and driving while suspended after officers conducted a vehicle stop on a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign and was speeding. Officers discovered the male was driving while suspended. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with multiple city citations.

​Richard F. Austin, 63, was arrested Jan. 24 in the 300 block of North Maguire Street for trespassing after officers responded in reference to an incident of harassment. Upon arrival, the business identified a male on the property harassing customers. Officers made contact with the male and discovered he had been previously trespassed from the property. He was arrested, booked and released on scene with a citation for trespassing.

​Tina N. Green, 44, was arrested Jan. 25 near the intersection of North College Street and East Gay Street for property damage after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Holden Street in reference to property damage on Jan. 10. A reporting party stated a window had been broken on the building. The suspect was later identified and arrested.​

Tina N. Green, 44 ,was arrested Jan. 25 near the intersection of North College Street and East Gay Street for public affray after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of North Holden Street on Jan.  11 in reference to a disturbance. A reporting party stated there were two females fighting.​

James E. Huggins, 39, was arrested Jan. 25 in the 600 block of Burkarth Road for assault after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance Jan. 17. A known female subject reported a known male assaulted her prior to officer arrival, then fled the scene. Huggins was later located.  

​Keith R. Sherman, 33, was arrested Jan. 25 for assault in the 400 block of Creach Drive after officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic disturbance. Officers made contact with a male and a female. After further investigation, officers arrested the male for domestic assault. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.​

Jason G. Johnson, 46, was arrested Jan. 25 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for Driving While Intoxicated after officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on 50 Highway for failing to maintain a lane. Officers arrested the male for driving while intoxicated and he was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released to Western Missouri Medical Center for further evaluation.
