Nicholas A. Moege, 39, was arrested Jan. 26 for assault in the 200 block of McGoodwin Street after officers were dispatched to a domestic assault. A female reported that a known male assaulted her by strangulation. After further investigation, officers arrested the male and transported him to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
Robert Vandewiele, 80, was arrested Jan. 27 for DWI - Prior Offender in the 400 block of Burkarth Road after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East Russell Avenue in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with the male driver, who was determined to be driving while intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to Western Missouri Medical Center, where he was released to hospital staff pending state charges.
Danny L. Jones, 43, was arrested Jan. 27 in the 800 block of North Holden Street for failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to register a motor vehicle, headlights required, possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated after officers conducted a traffic stop for driving without lights. Officers discovered the driver had an active Henry County warrant, was driving intoxicated and was in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
Douglas M. Lamb, 32, was arrested Jan. 28 in the 100 block of West Pine Street for armed criminal action, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to a weapons violation. Upon arrival, it was reported that a male had brandished a knife and then fled in a vehicle. Officers located the subject, where he was arrested for DWI, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was issued a 24-hour hold.
Levi J. Bewley, 36, was arrested Jan. 28 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for trespassing and shoplifting after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to trespassing. Officers made contact with a male who was determined to have an active trespass notice from the business and an active Warrensburg warrant. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond.
Shyann S.L. Cole, 28, was arrested Jan. 28 in the 300 block of East Russell Avenue for selling alcohol to a minor after officers were dispatched for an alcohol compliance check. Officers arrested one female for selling alcohol to a minor. She was later released on scene with a signed city summons.
Michael A. Versch, 36, was arrested Jan. 28 in the 1000 block of South Maguire Street for selling alcohol to a minor after officers were dispatched for an alcohol compliance check. Officers arrested one male for selling alcohol to a minor. He was later released on scene with a signed city summons.
Mani S. Elkapally, 22, was arrested Jan. 28 in the 100 block of West Pine Street for selling alcohol to a minor after officers were dispatched for an alcohol compliance check. Officers arrested one male for selling alcohol to a minor. He was later released on scene with a signed city summons.
Nicholas P. Lorelli, 36, was arrested Jan. 29 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for an order of protection violation after officers were dispatched to the Warrensburg Police Department lobby in reference to a male violating a protection order. A female subject reported a known male had violated a protection order by messaging her, calling her and harassing her. After further investigation, officers located and arrested the male for violating an order of protection. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.
James E. Wolf Jr., 34, was arrested Jan. 30 in the 1200 block of North 13 Highway for Driving While Suspended after officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with a male driver, who was determined to have a suspended license. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with multiple citations.
Trevionta Waddell, 35, was arrested Jan. 30 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for stealing and unlawful possession of a firearm; Mileazae A. Davis was arrested for stealing and Klynn S.D. Davidson was arrested for stealing after officers were dispatched to a theft in progress. Asset protection reported one male and two female subjects stole merchandise from their store and fled the area. Officers located the male and female subjects at a nearby business, where they were arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Chelana B. Lampone, 29, was arrested Jan. 31 in the 100 block of West Pine Street for driving without a valid operator's license, driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident after officers were dispatched in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Officers made contact with the driver, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Dimitri L.S. Nimrod, 36, was arrested Jan. 31 in the 700 block of South Maguire Street for driving while suspended after officers conducted a traffic stop for not displaying a front license plate. Officers discovered the male was driving while suspended and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
Brandon D. Pleasants, 26, was arrested Feb. 1 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched to the 700 block of North Maguire Street in reference to a subject check. Officers located an unconscious male behind the wheel of a running truck. Officers discovered the male was driving while intoxicated. He was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Alijah L. Henrich, 60, was arrested Feb. 1 in the 400 block of Burkarth Road for third-degree arson and unlawful use of a weapon after officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of William Place in reference to shots fired. Officers located a female who shot off a shotgun at an apartment complex, which started a fire and broke multiple windows. She was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where she was placed on a 24-hour hold.
Alfred Fred, 39, was arrested Feb. 1 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for obscuring process and trespassing after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. The business reported that one male was refusing to leave and attempting to assault customers. Officers made contact with the male, where it was discovered he was previously trespassed from the property. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
Prince G. Johnson, 68, was arrested Feb. 1 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for stealing, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after officers were dispatched to a theft that had just occurred. Officers located a man who had stolen multiple items from the store and fled on foot through the parking lot. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Alfred Fred, 39, was arrested Feb. 1 for peace disturbance and trespassing in the 300 block of Manor Drive after officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress. Officers made contact with the reporting party, who stated a male tried to gain entry to their residence by kicking the door. Officers arrested the male subject and later transported him to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office to be placed on a 24-hour hold for charges of peace disturbance and trespassing.
