Jennifer M. Murrow, 41, was arrested Dec. 16 in the 300 block of Jackson Street for possession of a controlled substance, second-degree trespassing and a warrant, while Travis W. Ray, 43, was arrested for second-degree trespassing after officers were dispatched to a subject check. Officers located a known male and female subject who both had active warrants and were trespassing. Ray was arrested and transported to municipal court, where he was later released. The female was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where she was placed in lieu of bond.
Danielle J. Schwager, 41, was arrested Dec. 17 near the intersection of North Maguire Street and East Russell Avenue for first-degree trespassing after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for trespassing. Asset protection informed officers that a known female who was previously trespassed from the store was located on the property. Officers made contact with the female, who was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released pending state charges.
Elizabeth M. Campbell, 37, was arrested Dec. 18 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for stealing after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Young Street in reference to a theft. A business reported that a known female stole over $13,000 from the store over the course of December. Officers located and arrested the female. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.
Jeremy R. Vance, 29, was arrested Dec. 18 near the intersection of Zoll Street and Christopher Street for driving while intoxicated, driving without an operator's license and leaving the scene of an accident after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Zoll Street in reference to a damaged vehicle in the roadway. Officers arrived at the scene and found the vehicle had already been moved. Officers discovered that a known male subject driving the vehicle had hit a parked car in the 500 block of Christopher Street earlier that night. The male was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Emilio R. Hinson, 25, and Andrew J. Duncan, 21, were arrested Dec. 19 for soliciting without a business license after officers were dispatched to the 40 block of Timberline Drive in reference to unwanted subjects on scene. A man reported that solicitors were going door to door in the area without a solicitor's license. Officers contacted the two male subjects, who were arrested and released with signed city summonses for soliciting without a license.
Daniel L. Windfield, 26, was arrested Dec. 20 for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended in the 100 block of West Pine Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver in a black Jeep. Officers made contact with the driver, who was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Halim R. Abdul, 51, was arrested Dec. 20 for trespassing in the 300 block of North Maguire Street after officers were dispatched to an unconscious male. Officers made contact with the male, who was determined to be highly intoxicated. Officers learned he had previously been trespassed from the location. He was removed from the location and issued a signed city summons for trespassing.
Nolan W. Willgues, 29, was arrested Dec. 21 for impeding the flow of traffic, failing to maintain the lane/drive on the right half of the roadway, operating a motor vehicle without a license and aggravated DWI in the 300 block of North Maguire Street in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver. Officers made contact with the male, who was arrested for DWI and driving without a license. He was arrested and transported to the Warrenburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.
Carter L. Sullivan, 19, was arrested Dec. 21 for speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit in the 800 block of North Maguire Street. Officers made contact with a male driver who was driving 112 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
