David M. Wild, 20, was arrested May 11 in the 200 block of Madison Street for unlawful use of a weapon, obstruction and minor in possession of alcohol after officers were dispatched in reference to a subject check related to suspicious activity. Officers located a male who attempted to flee on foot. He was later arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with numerous citations.
Nikitha R. Lokurthi, 28, was arrested May 11 for driving without a valid operator’s license in the area of East Russell Avenue and North Holden Street after officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident. Officers made contact with a female driver who was discovered to be driving without a valid license. She was booked and released on scene with multiple citations.
Jesse A. Smetters, 42, was arrested May 11 for disturbing public peace in the 200 block of East Gay after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Multiple parties told officers a male was disturbing traffic and threatening to harm individuals. After further investigation, officers arrested one male for peace disturbance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Lindsay R. Meyer, 37, was arrested May 11 in the 200 block of East Young Street for endangering the welfare of a child and driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. Officers located a vehicle and initiated a traffic stop for exceeding the posted speed limit. During the stop, officers discovered the female driver was driving while intoxicated and placed her under arrest. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Lydia J. Catalasan, 26, was arrested May 12 for shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to theft. Asset protection reported a known female subject was seen passing all points of sale without paying for her items. After further investigation, officers placed her under arrest and transported her to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.
Jayla L. Fue, 21, was issued a mailed citation for shoplifting May 16 after officers responded to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard on May 12 in reference to theft. Asset protection reported a March 21 incident where a known female was seen switching tickets and passing all points of sale without making payment for her items. After reviewing camera footage, officers confirmed the female’s identity and mailed her a citation.
Terrence J. Winn, 32, was arrested May 12 for domestic assault in the 800 block of East Gay Street after officers were dispatched to the 700 block of East Fulton Street in reference to an assault. Officers met with a female subject who stated a male grabbed her by the throat and slammed her to the ground several times. The subject fled prior to officer arrival, but officers located and arrested the male. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.
Christopher L. Wrigley, 42, was arrested May 14 for driving while suspended in the 100 block of North Maguire Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a truck for driving with a broken taillight. Officers discovered the male was driving while suspended and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with citations.
Tyler A. Darr, 27, was arrested May 17 in the area of North College Street and Patterson Drive for driving while intoxicated after officers conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle for careless and imprudent driving in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Upon contact, officers discovered the male was driving while intoxicated and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
