David M. Wild, 20, was arrested Feb. 10 in the 300 block of Grover Street for driving while revoked, speeding, improper registration and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the 300 block of South Maguire. The vehicle fled to an alleyway before stopping. Officers made contact with the driver, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Bran A.X. Moore, 23, and Jeremy R. Vance, 29, were arrested Feb. 10 in the 200 block of South Warren Street for trespassing after officers were dispatched to a building check on an abandoned church. Officers made contact with two males who were determined to be trespassing. They were arrested, booked and released on the scene with a city summons.
Sandra K. Graham, 68, was arrested Feb. 10 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection informed officers that a known female passed all points of sale without rendering payment. The female was arrested for stealing. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Tanya A. Renfro, 65, was arrested Feb. 11 in the 1200 block of South Holden Street for misusing 911 after officers were dispatched for misuse of 911. Officers made contact with a known female who misused 911 numerous times for non-emergency purposes. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with state charges.
Danielle J. Schwager, 41, was arrested Feb. 11 in the 600 block of Burkarth Road for trespassing after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East Young Street in reference to trespassing. A business reported a known female who had previously been trespassed was located on the property. Officers made contact with the female, where they confirmed the trespass notice was active. She was arrested and booked on scene with a signed city summons.
Valerie A. Johnson, 61, was arrested Feb. 11 in the 200 block of East Young Street for assault after officers were dispatched in reference to an assault. A reporting party stated a female touched a juvenile without permission. After further investigation, the female was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.
Jon A. Nelson, 44, was arrested Feb. 11 in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection reported a known male passed all points of sale without rendering payment. Officers arrested the male for shoplifting. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Naiser Angei, 37, was arrested Feb. 11 in the 400 block of West Pine Street for possession of a controlled substance after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Officers located a group of individuals suspected of using drugs. One individual was arrested for an active warrant and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond.
Tina N. Green, 44, was arrested for third-degree assault in the 200 block of North College Street, while Koty M. Laporte, 35, was arrested for fourth-degree assault Feb. 12 in the 200 block of East Culton Street after officers were dispatched to the 200 block of North College Street for a disturbance. Officers made contact with a known male and female who were involved in a dispute. Both were arrested for assault. Both were arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.
Rodney J. Cooper, 19, was arrested for resisting or interfering with arrest/stop and driving while suspended/revoked, while Camden S. Tucker, 18, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance Feb. 13 in the 400 block of Grover Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit. Officers discovered the male driver was driving while suspended, while the passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon. They were arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Logan E. Disney, 27, was arrested Feb. 14 in the 700 block of North Maguire Street for driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and headlights required after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Officers were informed that a black car had left the scene prior to officer arrival. The vehicle was later located, and the driver was determined to be driving while intoxicated. They were arrested for DWI and leaving the scene of an accident, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Douglas E. Smithson, 58, was arrested Feb. 14 in the 200 block of East Young Street for leaving the scene of an accident and DWI after officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Cedar Drive in reference to a motor vehicle accident. It was reported that a vehicle struck a fixed object and fled the scene. Officers later located the driver, where he was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Gauge B. Claunch, 20, was arrested Feb. 15 in the 600 block of West Clark Street for failure to drive in a single lane, driving while intoxicated and minor visibly intoxicated after officers were dispatched in reference to a motor vehicle crash involving a black SUV. Officers discovered the vehicle had hit a fixed object before fleeing the scene. The male driver was later located and arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Alyce M. Maher, 38, was arrested Feb. 15 in the 500 block of Creach Drive for domestic assault after officers were dispatched for a well-being check. Officers made contact with a male who stated a known female had assaulted him. After further investigation, the female was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Morgan R. Pearson, 20, and Michael P. Lynch, 18, were arrested Feb. 15 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection informed officers that two known males passed all points of sale without rendering payment. After reviewing camera footage, the subjects were placed under arrest, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
