Warrensburg area police reports for Nov. 11

Cordell J. Jellison, 26, was arrested Oct. 13 in the 1000 block of Northeast Highway 13 for driving while suspended, resisting a felony arrest and domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Maple Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. The reporting party advised that a female subject was knocked out in the street by a known male. Officers attempted contact with the male, who fled the scene in a blue Dodge Charger. He was later located, arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Brian A. Zimmerman, 46, was arrested Oct. 13 in the 500 block of Edgewood Drive for domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the location for a disturbance. Officers made contact with a female, who told officers she was shoved by a male. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Tina N. Green, 44, was arrested for property damage and littering Oct. 16 at the intersection of North Street and Maguire Street after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Pine Street regarding a disturbance. Officers were informed that a known female was throwing trash into the roadway and moving trash cans. She was located and arrested for littering and property damage. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.

Damion T. Williams, 34, was arrested Oct. 17, in the 100 block of East Pine Street for fraudulent use of a credit device, resisting or interfering with arrest, larceny and unlawful use of a weapon after officers were dispatched to the location for a weapons violation. A reporting party told officers an unknown male was brandishing a knife. Officers made contact, who proceeded to not comply with commands. He was taken into custody following the use of less-than-lethal force. He was found to be in possession of a stolen wallet. He was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District for a mental evaluation. Custody was transported to the hospital staff and officers completed affidavits on scene.

Richard Streenstra, 66, was arrested Oct. 18, for violating an order of protection in the 400 block of Streck Lane after officers were dispatched to the location for harassment. A female told officers a male was located on her property and was looking through her windows. Officers made contact with the male, who was arrested for violation of a court order and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department. He was booked and released pending state charges.

David Marcos, 28, was arrested Oct. 19, for shoplifting in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched to the location for a theft. Asset protection reported the apprehension of a male who was caught stealing. Officers confirmed the footage and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
